Coupa Integration Specialist
Remote | Philippines – Fulltime Position
As a Coupa Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing seamless integrations of Coupa with other enterprise systems. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and develop robust integration solutions. Your role will involve managing complex integration projects and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead E2E integration of Coupa with various enterprise systems
- Collaborate with clients and project team to understand integration requirements and design “To Be” architecture
- Develop and test integrations, troubleshoot and resolve testing, cutover and post-GoLive issues
- Ensure data integrity and security in all integration processes
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- Create / update documentation – Integration Requirement Documents (IRD), Data Mapping Documents, Technical Design Documents (LLDs and HLDs) and etc
- Deliver cXML integrations with Suppliers (Punchout catalogues, Invoice integration)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Coupa integration
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies
- Proven record of delivering Coupa cXML integrations with Suppliers (Punchouts and Invoices)
- Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable integration solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Strong understanding of data security and integrity principles
