Story
Following a wealth of experience and insights, our business was formed while implementing a global E-procurement tool within a world-renowned data agency.
Through the throes of this ambitious project, operating in lockdown and struggling to find the specialists required to deliver large-scale transformation, we spotted an opportunity to provide world-class skills in our area of expertise, all while reducing cost. The challenges we faced in our day-to-day roles and a shared passion for developing people initially drove us to start Denova.
After experiencing the industry leaders’ services first-hand, it became clear that we could provide a more focused and effective offering at a lower price point by targeting a niche set of services built around Data, Processes and Systems for modern Source-to-Pay functions.
Through an existing network, we began building a consulting team and expanding a global talent database to suit the needs of modern Source-to-Payment processes and transformation programmes. We currently have operations in the Philippines and the UK, providing a unique blend of world-class S2P expertise that enables us to pass on significant cost savings to our customers.

Working with Kantar, the world’s leading data insights and consulting company, Josh and Edi led the delivery of our Coupa S2P transformation programme across 14 markets globally. They supported us in the end-to-end design and update of our key supplier engagement processes, from onboarding and risk screening through to contract management, catalogue ordering, invoicing and payment.
What impressed me is their understanding that process redesign is just the start, not the end. They worked tirelessly to make sure that our new S2P processes were embedded properly into BAU workflows across the company. This included systems integration, change management and training activity, data transformation and migration, as well as establishing ongoing KPI reporting.
