Coupa Architect
Remote | Philippines – Fulltime Position
As a Coupa Architect at Denova, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Coupa solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into efficient Coupa solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, optimising procurement processes, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate requirement gathering sessions, perform Fit Gap Analysis and translate requirements into functional and technical options & solutions
- Design the overall E2E solution architecture (between ERP, middleware and Coupa)
- Perform Coupa system configuration & coordinate deployment activities
- Provide technical and functional Coupa expertise to clients and project teams
- Facilitate testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, smoke test) – from script preparation, scope definition to defect resolution
- Prepare Move-to-Production (MTP) plan and own the execution and reporting
- Perform new feature analysis and impact assessment for new Coupa releases (3x year)
- Perform data loads, coordinate error resolutions and pre/post load validations
- Own Design change process – conduct impact and effort analysis of change requests raised by users
- Work flexibly across geographic time zones
- Stay updated with the latest Coupa features and enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Coupa configuration and design
- In-depth understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) process
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Coupa solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously
- Coupa certifications are highly desirable
