Josh Ryan
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Commercial & Finance
Josh leads Denova’s commercial and finance activities, bringing around 15 years of experience across finance and procurement transformation. He has supported the setup of global business service centres in the Philippines, Poland, India and Costa Rica, including five years building a global shared service centre in the Philippines. He has also led large development teams and successful Source-to-Pay system implementation programmes.
Edita Salte
Co-Founder & Managing Director
People & Operations
Edita leads Denova’s people and operations. She brings over 20 years of Source-to-Pay experience, leading large-scale transformation programmes across blue-chip organisations. Her background spans financial services, media and pharmaceuticals, including ERP and Procure-to-Pay design and implementation.
