How is our data kept secure?
Our colleagues work through your approved remote desktop environment. Your data stays within your network—we do not download or transfer client data to Denova’s devices or systems. Your organisation retains control over access and permissions.
Are your colleagues employed directly by Denova?
Yes. All our colleagues are full-time employees of Denova. This allows us to manage their training, ongoing support and performance directly, helping us maintain consistent quality across our client engagements.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We provide support using tools such as Power BI, Excel and Microsoft 365. Before starting, we review your systems and requirements to confirm the right skills and approach.
Can we choose between embedded support and a managed service?
Yes. Embedded colleagues work as part of your team, with you setting their day-to-day priorities. With a managed service, Denova takes responsibility for delivering an agreed scope of work against defined performance measures. We help you choose the approach that fits your needs.
How quickly can support start?
We can typically deploy colleagues within two weeks. Timing depends on whether the required skills are available within our existing team or whether we need to recruit additional colleagues to meet your requirements. We’ll confirm availability and an expected start date during the initial scoping discussion.
